1st & 2nd Shift Positions available $16.75/HR
Job Description:
Will repackage bottles into a different casing on a production line. Must be able to work at a brisk pace. Inspection – Will inspect and sort empty bottles by the serial number (mold #) located at the bottom of the empty bottle. This position requires attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace
Essential Functions
Production
- Moves cases of empty glass bottles onto conveyors and/or flips cases of empty bottles to dump glass onto line conveyor.
- Packs full bottles into cases to keep the lines from backing up.
- Stacks full cases on pallets.
- Conducts Bottle inspection, capping, cap tightening, and spotting bottles for coding as needed.
- Conducts routine cleaning as needed.
- Must maintain satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, compliance, environmental and safety regulatory considerations.
Warehouse
- Moves cases of empty glass bottles onto conveyors and/or palletizes cases of empty bottles.
- Palletizes cases to keep the lines from backing up.
- Works on assembly line to package various products as well as finished goods repacks.
- Conducts routine cleaning as needed.
- Must maintain satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, compliance, environmental and safety regulatory considerations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Required to be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong verbal skills.
- Required to lift and move 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience showing versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
- Experience function in a team environment.
- Experience understanding and following written and verbal instructions.
