Now hiring Process Engineers for our premier solar client in Tolleson, AZ!

Pay: $26-$32/hr
Hours: 5:45am-6pm OR 5:45pm-6am
Location: Tolleson, AZ 85353
Job Type: Direct Hire

Job Summary: You will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. You will work closely with the Production Team to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements. Duties and responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets

  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning

  • Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions

  • Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement

  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization

  • Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, changes, and results

  • Always Adhere to all Company and OSHA rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds

  • Meet or exceed company safety standards

  • Perform other job responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience (preferably experience as an Engineering or Process Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment)

  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation

  • Familiarity with quality control principles and practices

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work extended hours as needed
