Kelly Services is Hiring Poll Workers for the upcoming Elections in Orange County, FL

This opportunity can potentially earn you over $1000 per week!

Requirements:

  • Must be a resident and registered voter of Orange County, FL

  • Available for the entire Early Voting period (August 5th – August 18th, including weekends)

  • Ability to work mandatory overtime potentially 70 hours per week! approximately 10 hour days for 14 days straight

  • Comfortable interacting with the public

  • Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors

  • Committed to flexibility, patience, diversity, and civic engagement

  • Must attend mandatory half-day training sessions

  • Commit to a minimum of 70 hours per week for 2 weeks (approximately 10 hour days for 14 days straight) varies by site

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus not required

Early Voting Positions: $12/hour plus overtime (time and a half at $18/hr)

  • Ballot Machine Operator: Assist voters with ballot casting

  • Greeter: Manage lines and direct voters, update waiting times on a tablet (can be an indoor or outdoor position)

  • Vote by Mail Attendant: Assist with the collection of mail-in ballots (outdoor position)
