Kelly is seeking a Marketing & Videography Specialist to work with our client, an award-winning company in the fields of engineering and agriculture. The Marketing & Videography Specialist will:

  • Create and edit marketing content for internal and external communication (emails, social media, website updates, digital content, promotional materials, press releases)

  • Produce multimedia content for marketing purposes

  • Plan, organize, and support marketing events and farm shows (exhibit management, travel coordination, event setup/teardown, promotions, expense tracking)

  • Manage and order corporate promotional items and apparel

  • Maintain customer relationship data (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, Instagram)

  • Perform administrative tasks as needed for marketing department support

  • Collaborate with sales and videographer departments

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

  • Seek new strategies to increase organizational awareness

  • Create engaging stories with photography/video for internal and external communications

  • Edit video footage, inputting music, dialogues, graphics, and effects

  • Plan shoots, ensure equipment readiness, and maintain continuity and logical sequencing in videos

  • Implement new editing technologies and best practices

  • Strategize media needs and video opportunities with sales and marketing team

  • Capture product photos for the website

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Film Studies, Cinematography, or a related field

  • 0-2+ years of relevant marketing experience

  • Videography experience strongly preferred

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premier & After Effects)

  • Expertise in social media platforms

  • Exceptional writing skills for scripts and strategies

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Collaboration skills across departments

  • Ability to travel and record outdoors

  • Proficiency with camera equipment

  • Ability to produce content quickly, adjust to priorities, and repurpose existing content

  • Independent work ability, multitasking, and attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic, fast-paced work capability, and quick project turnaround.
