Kelly is seeking an Administrative Bookkeeper to work with our client, a property management company in Fargo, ND. This is an excellent opportunity for individual and professional growth, working in a fun and healthy work environment. The Administrative bookkeeper will provide support work to the internal property management team.
Payrate: $18-$22/hr. DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

What’s a typical day as an Administrative Bookkeeper? You’ll be:
- Providing personnel support to the Director of Operations, Marketing & Leasing Specialist, Resident Relations Manager, and Maintenance Coordinator.
- Handling administrative tasks such as rental application processing, lease origination/renewal, monthly resident correspondence, generating reports, updating standard operating procedures, team meeting prep/debrief, PO box management, and general office tasks.
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks such as bank deposit and record rent, digital invoicing, and bill approval, and assisting with monthly reconciliation.
- Managing accounts receivable by sending rent letters, monitoring payment plans, and handling collections accounts.
- Assisting with miscellaneous tasks such as business errands and supply orders, marketing/research projects, website updates, and troubleshooting computer, printer, and office equipment.
Qualifications:
- Have 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
