Pay Range:  $23.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending upon experience.

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

  • Providing efficient and professional customer support via phone and email through our ticketing system

  • Managing a high volume of support requests daily, ensuring that our customers receive the best solutions possible

  • Maintaining precise and accurate handling of tickets and customer data

  • Working independently and within a collaborative team environment to identify product or service issues

  • Staying informed about product and policy changes relevant to product support

  • Expanding operations to include weekends during peak season, which may include overtime

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Outlook

  • Have experience with eCommerce and Ticketing platforms (a plus)

  • Have a home office setup with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace to receive calls

  • Are independent with strong decision-making skills and the ability to multitask

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service

  • Are able to build collaborative relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams

  • Have exceptional time management skills with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced environment

  • Are enthusiastic about holiday consumer products and sharing that excitement with our customers
