Kelly Services is actively seeking a Quality Coordinator for a long term (1+ years) assignment with one of our Global Clients located in Jacksonville, Florida.
Pay rate: $24/hour + benefits
As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a PM Reliability Dashboard with Key Performance Indicators KPIs on SharePoint or Teams. This role extensively utilizes platforms like Power BI or Tableau to compile, analyze, and visualize critical data. The successful candidate will help drive operational efficiency and compliance across various parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Mean Time Between Failure MTBF : Generate charts and graphs, categorized by line and zone.
2. Mean Time to Repair MTTR : Generate charts and graphs, categorized by line and zone.
3. Health Check and Recovery Scores: Create charts for raw data and visualize by line and GT.
4. PM Preventive Maintenance Compliance: Automate site-wide PM compliance metrics based on due dates. Create detailed graphs by GT and site-wide, preferably in PowerPoint format. Develop a prototype pilot program involving three GT areas.
5. Corrective Work Metrics DWOs – Directed Work Orders : Utilize CMMS data to generate open/closed DWOs by line. Track aged DWO backlogs. Analyze and report proactive PM/PdM versus reactive hours.
6. PM Planning and Scheduling Metrics Planning Accuracy : Develop a database or SharePoint for PM planning against actual start and end times. Implement two stages of data entry: Manual Data Entry Automation Prototype
7. Spare Parts Tracker SharePoint Site: Maintain and support the existing site. Enhance functionality based on evolving needs.
8. FRACAS/RCA Database: Develop user requirements specification. Collect FRACAS events using CMMS data. Revise database for improved functionality and use. Record corrective action steps and track their completion.
9. Weekly Reporting: Automate current weekly reports for efficiency.
10. Line Usage Reports MRO/Spare Parts usage
Qualifications:
Education: Degree preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years in a related field.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CMMS and other operational data management systems.
Ability to maintain and enhance SharePoint sites.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
