What’s a typical day as a Change Management and Communications Lead? You’ll be:
• Working closely with Initiative Leads and Project teams to develop a detailed change management plan that drives effective processes and supports the flow of information
• Conducting detailed stakeholder impact analysis and validating impacts across multiple workstreams
• Developing key messages for leader communications and employee engagement events
• Liaising with other business functions and integrating with cross-functional support teams to ensure alignment
• Gathering, analyzing, and reporting on change management data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions
• Maintaining change management workplans, calendars, and collaboration tools
• Handling all training logistics and delivery, including scheduling and providing appropriate materials
• Using Enbridge methodology to develop change management plans and deliverables

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or Education
• Possess a PROSCI Change Management Certification, CCMP Designation, or equivalent
• Have 10+ years of broad business experience
• Have 5+ years of experience in Change Management
• Have extensive experience working in an environment where human factors play important roles in adopting change
• Have in-depth knowledge of current change management methodologies, principles, practices, processes, tools, and templates
