What’s a typical day as Gowning Technician? You’ll be:
A. Gown area support activities: daily garment delivery transportation, scan the
B. Garment, check the inventory. dirty garment sorting. garment supplement.
C. Consumable item supply: product delivery, carrying the product to gown, fab patrol to verify consumable supply.
D. Cleaning activity: trash bin in gowning maintain / environment maintain.
E. Audit and check: gown entrance random to remind all user to follow TSMC policy about.
F. the mask / garment / badge policy compliance.
G. Abnormal event assist: evacuation recovery assistance.
H. Other gowning activity: Short term support task assignments.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a HS Diploma or GED.
• Have a reliable work history with reasonable short-term movement between employers.
• Have a great attitude, and ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Have the ability to work in fast-paced environment and deliver on daily goals.
• Possess strong communication skills, can stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Have fundamental computer skills, email/Windows based programs.
• Have an eye for detail, quality and safety.

Work Schedule
Normal compressed work week, with modified hours. Scheduled to work 9 hours but have a one-hour unpaid break/meal period. This means candidates will work 32 to 40 hours on a 4-day week. See Examples below…
Shift A: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Shift starts at 4:30am and ends at 1:30 pm.
Shift B: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Shift starts at 12:30 pm and ends at 9:30 pm.
Shift C: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Shift starts at 4:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm.
Shift D: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Shift starts at 11 am and ends at 11 pm.
Duty time: Mon – Sun 0400 – 1300 (1 hour break) / 1230 – 2130 (1 hour break)
• Duty headcount:  Shifts A and C, 0400-1300 / 8 persons. Shifts B and D, 1230 – 2130 / 6 persons. Divided evenly across the respective shifts.
• Modified A, B, C, D shift = 9hrs, 1 hr. unpaid lunch.
