Kelly® is looking for Assembly Workers and Machine Operators to work at a premier client, ZF, in Fowlerville, MI. Payrate/Schedule:

  • Assembly – 1st shift – 7am-3:30pm, $16.50/hr

  • Machine Operator – 2nd shift – 2pm-10:30pm, $17/hr

  • Assembly – 3rd shift – 11pm-7:30am, $17.50/hr

??????Bonuses:

  • Earn up to $0.50/hr Attendance Bonus

  • Up to $1000 Retention Bonus

  • Up to $1000 Referral Bonus

What’s a typical day as an Assembly and Machine Operator? You’ll be:
• Operating assembly machinery and assembling components into machined valve bodies while performing visual inspections to identify potential quality concerns.
• Prepping parts for assembly and ensuring all components are tagged and controlled throughout the production process.
• Operating machinery and testing equipment, visually inspecting, testing, and washing machined valve bodies, as well as reading micrometers, blueprints, and gauges.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED (required), with manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Possess manual dexterity and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Have CNC experience, which would be a bonus for this role (not required)
