Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
Monday- Friday 3pm-11:00pm
Payrate:$20.50

What’s a typical day as a Material Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Assigning dock doors to drivers and tracking carriers as they arrive at the facility
• Tracking hot shipments in transit to the facility
• Preparing and executing all shipping documents and system transactions for each truck that is shipped
• Producing a variety of daily reports from the warehouse management system and using Excel to prepare them for publishing
• Interacting with remote clients from all over the world to support a variety of ship to’s in the Kentuckiana region
• Ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of ASN’s for outgoing shipments
• Reviewing client web portal for updated information and inputting data into the client web portal
• Assisting with cycle counts and inventory discrepancy investigation
• Participating in root cause analysis and corrective action preparation
• Communicating with customers regarding late deliveries, order changes, missed information, and tracking numbers
• Answering incoming calls/emails into the facility
• Monitoring MS Teams and responding to client and internal messages promptly
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
• Possess strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Word and Excel
• Have excellent basic functionality in Excel and Word
• Have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Are able to read, write, and comprehend English
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of related experience and/or training
• Are able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Are able to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust and various weather conditions
• Have the ability to operate a forklift (preferred but not required)
