Job details

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Coordinator lll. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various tasks to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Monday- Friday 7am-3:30/ 8am-4:30. Payrate is $28/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate shortage reports and attend shortage calls.

  • Track shortages and review coverage.

  • Schedule and prioritize inbound loads.

  • Communicate shortages and need times with customers.

  • Manage revision changes, alerts, and sub-parts.

  • Coordinate new model launches and PTR parts.

  • Set up and maintain part records.

  • Review release and exception reports.

  • Manage shipping schedules and blend forecasts.

  • Support and provide direction to MC2.

  • Assist with production scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in customer service or related fields.

  • Proficiency with common office software and tools.

  • Must be proficient in Excel
