Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
• $18 per hour with potential for direct hire placement!
• Top-Tier Benefits included! (120 hours paid vacation/PTO/Sick pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, 10 Paid holidays, 401K, etc.)
• Compressed work week-4 shift options – 3 to 4 day work week, Day and Night available. See shift options below.
• Time Off- you will have 3-4 consecutive days off each week

What’s a typical day as Semiconductor Technician? You’ll be:
• Operating specialized equipment to create and assemble semiconductor parts.
• Utilizing tool problem solving, teamwork, documentation, and check for proper tool operation.
• Monitoring and adjusting production equipment to meet industry standards and company specifications.
• Maintaining the clean room environment to prevent contamination.
• Collaborating with engineers and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements and resolve production issues.

• Utilizing your knowledge of MS Office, Excel, data tracking, and coordination in a collaborative team environment.
• Assisting in manufacturing functions, including data collection & handle tool alarm recovery.

Education and Certification Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• No experience required. However, previous technical or manufacturing experience is advantageous.

To succeed in this role, candidates must also possess:
• Strong technical/computer skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Ability to work in a detail-oriented, controlled environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Shift Options
SHIFT A: 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Weds)
SHIFT B: 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Sat)
SHIFT C: 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Thurs, Fri, Sat, and every other Weds)
SHIFT D: 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Weds, Thurs, Friday, and every other Sat)
