Kelly!! is looking for Machine Operator Assistants to work at a premier manufacturing facility in Statesville. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity!

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$16.00 while working days, $18.00 while working nights.

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator Assistant? You’ll be:
• Cutting open 25 kg (55lbs) bags of resin with breakaway knife and then dumping the resin into a mixer
• Assisting with lifting the 55lb bags from a pallet
• Responsible for vacuum filter changes
• Moving rolls from machine to packing line (Rolls weigh up to 50lbs)
• Feeding recycle into waste hopper
• Entering weights (weighing scrap) into a computer
• Measuring rolls and documenting results
• Performing general cleaning tasks

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Have the ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Have basic computer skills
• Have a knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
