Bilingual Customer Service Professional 

Kelly, in partnership with our client who is one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers and recognized as one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers are hiring for a French Bilingual Customer Service Professional. 

The Bilingual Customer Representative will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone following up on group insurance plan files. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. 
 

Duration: January 20th, 2025 to July 18th, 2025 

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-9pm (rotating shifts) 

Pay Rate: $25.70/hour 

Locations: Hybrid (onsite Tues-Thurs), Halifax, NS, Montreal, QC
 

MUST HAVE: 

  • High School Diploma or GED 


  • Fully Bilingual (English and French) 


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role 


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – professionalism 


  • Tech Savvy – experience with Microsoft
